We are professional experienced concert caterers with offices in Toronto, Canada and New York, USA. Our specialty is that we work with your budget and while we prefer a cost plus system where our Client controls their own expenditures we are flexible to meet your catering needs.
Catering fee’s locked at a set price and labour / labor based on days worked. In this format, travel,hotel, food expenses and transports (logistics) is provided by our Client. This strategy allows us to be competitive with the cost of local catering and to stabilize costing. There is never a need to discuss number changes in larger markets as they are a given and only affect food costing which is controlled by the band.
As a tour caterer we offer specially designed tour flight cases rigs and or can dispatch one of our mobile kitchens (53 ft trailers) all depending on Client needs. We base our crew size on the minimum number required rather than maximum and use local labor / labour to subsidize our needs in larger markets.
