Whose Catering?

Whose Catering is a North American based Catering Company with flight case kitchens available in Canada, the USA, and Europe.  We have full kitchens available in road cases that can be set up at a location of your choice with short notice.

As a premier Concert and Festival Tour Caterer we have designed these portable kitchens for the music industry: they are user friendly kitchen systems that are modular and can be rolled into position to allow you to build a temporary kitchen with a set up time of under one hour.  We can also provide refrigeration and wash up sink systems to complement the kitchens if required.  The equipment is a commercial electric system that when used in a temporary situation does not require an exhaust system, making in feasible to use in an indoor space.  These systems are designed to go anywhere with short notice.

With Whose Catering you can now have a commercial kitchen facility at your disposal.  You can even commission us to do the cooking and food preparation.

We have built these modular kitchens in stadiums and arenas around the world.  Some Corporate Clients include RIM (Research In Motion) and Appleby College and as a Concert Caterer these kitchen set ups were useful when providing the catering services for such tours as U2 and the Rolling Stones.
