At Whose Catering we are professionals in supplying large-scale catering and food service equipment specializing in the ability to serve hot fresh meals anywhere, even in remote locations and in emergency situations.

We have built and offer for rent self-contained Mobile Kitchen Trailers that resemble Commercial Kitchens:  Commercial Kitchens with one distinct difference – we can deliver our mobile kitchen trailer to your location! These Mobile Kitchens are designed to require little more support other than water and electricity: you provide the space and we will install the kitchen.  So whether it be in a remote location, a hospital kitchen or a backyard event we are ready to serve your needs.  We’ll even do the cooking!

Our kitchens are capable of serving thousands of meals per day without compromising service or quality of food.  They have their own on-board refrigeration which allows the user to store enough product to limit deliveries.  Our highly trained professional Catering Teams are experts in food preparation and food presentation and will provide quality well designed menus for you and your guests.

Whose Catering also has a design-build team on staff and can build a mobile kitchen trailer to meet your specifications.  This ability serves well as should one of our units within our fleet need to be modified, we can customize the design to fully meet your needs.

Whose Catering? specializes in providing temporary kitchen solutions designed to meet your needs and budget. There are two different options of kitchens that you to choose from:

Option A:

A mobile kitchen trailer or truck which can range in size from 24 – 53 feet. All trailers are designed for different levels of service.

Option B:

A member of our team can custom design a portable kitchen with the individual equipment required for your specific needs. These portable kitchens travel in road cases on wheels, ovens, refrigeration and dish-washing solutions. We can design a kitchen to work within the space you have allocated; i.e. tent, warehouse, loading dock, etc.

Our event team will work with you to ensure all permits and health board requirements are met. Our 15 years of experience assembling affordable solutions within our customer’s budgets makes us your perfect choice.
